Delivery Timeframes:As each order may require individual production, customisation, quality inspections, and packaging, delivery times may be longer than those of standard, mass-produced retail products.

Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment and all necessary client specifications have been confirmed. Clients will be informed of the estimated production and delivery timeframe where reasonably possible.

Delays and Communication:Should unforeseen circumstances affect production or delivery, clients will be notified of significant delays and updated on the revised estimated delivery date.
